Our hotel offers world-class five-star accommodation. Whether you choose a standard or executive suite, each room is designed with romance and relaxation in mind. The suites are exquisitely furnished with a queen size bed, with top quality linen and fluffy towels, a mini bar and coffee station.
Each guest suite is air-conditioned. Our large en-suite bathrooms are equipped with a bath and luxurious shower. Suites have separate lounges and work areas, and DSTV. Suites are private with patios and lead off onto our manicured gardens and lawns. For your convenience, suites are fitted with a digital safe.

Toadbury caters for all types of functions, from intimate babyshower luncheons to large-scale music events, and everything in-between. We offer the perfect setting for proposals. Our corporate year-end function packages has proven popular and dates sell out quickly.
We have hosted notable events such as The Soiree by Stella Artois and the We Love Summer Music Festival, to great success. The estate is versatile and can be setup as per your requirements.

With endless possibilities, we can design any theme from Gatsby to glamour and glitz. Spectacular Occasions at Toadbury Hall saves on time and budget as you will have your décor specialists at your disposal at all times. Our specialists will gladly arrange mock table set up sessions with you to set your mind at ease.
Draping
As we love our venue, we restrict draping to Toadbury in-house draping specialists, FF Draping Designs, who take care not to damage any structures.
There are several design options to choose from to fit in with your décor and themes, the various designs have endless add on opportunities such as fairy lights and lanterns.

Our five star estate offers a variety of meeting rooms for conferences, workshops, team building, product launches and gala dinners. All of our conference venues are are private and secluded from the main hotel.
We have 10 well appointed rooms for the perfect executive retreat, while our teambuilding activities will allow your champions to create synergy. Our friendly coordinators will create the perfect ambience for a productive meeting.
