Spectacular Occasions at Toadbury Hall saves on time and budget as you will have your décor specialists at your disposal at all times. Our specialists will gladly arrange mock table set up sessions with you to set your mind at ease.
Draping
As we love our venue, we restrict draping to Toadbury in-house draping specialists, FF Draping Designs, who take care not to damage any structures.
There are several design options to choose from to fit in with your décor and themes, the various designs have endless add on opportunities such as fairy lights and lanterns.

- The prize consists of a party for 20 guests at the Voila Cocktail Bar on the Toadbury Hall premises including venue hire for 20 guests, a R4000 bar tab, platters as per Toadbury Hall’s “sweet and savory” menu, 2 x standard hotel rooms for 2 x guests sharing per room, and a photographer for one hour with 25 edited digital photos.
- Any additional expenses are for the winner’s own account and are to be settled prior to the party taking place.
- The prize is not valid for children’s parties as the venue is not suitable for children.
- Reservation for the party is essential, and the date is subject to availability.
- Prize will be valid for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from date of acceptance by the winner.

- The participant will be required to provide all the correct information. The organiser will not be held responsible for incorrect information supplied, and a contestant not being contacted due to this.
- In the event that an uploaded text does not conform to the organiser’s requirements, the participants must consider their entry unsuccessful.
- Entrants will not receive any payment for taking part in the competition or taking part in any media format related to it.

- We may require you to provide us with such additional information and documentation as we may reasonably require processing, confirming, and facilitating your acceptance and/or use of a prize. If you refuse to provide us with the requested information or documentation, you will forfeit the prize.
- All correspondence regarding the prize must be directed at the supplier of the prize. Toadbury Hall will not be responsible for any further correspondence, harm, damage, loss, or claim relating to the provision of any element of the prize.
- We and our third-party suppliers reserve the right to vary, postpone, suspend, or cancel the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which we deem necessary. In the event of such variation, postponement, suspension or cancellation, you agree to waive any rights, interests, and expectations that you may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that you will have no recourse against us, our affiliates and third-party suppliers.
